In 1993 the South Taranaki District Council (STDC) completed a series of town-based heritage inventories showcasing architecturally-significant buildings in South Taranaki. These inventories include Hawera, Eltham, Manaia, Patea, Opunake, Waverley, and Kaponga. These were updated and amended in 2003. Although somewhat out-of-date these are still a valuable resource and we have been given the kind permission of STDC to host these on our website.
