This is a Roller Flour bag, made by Milligan’s Eclipse Flour Company. The company’s flour mill and stockfeed plant is situated 25 km west of Oamaru at the small township of Ngapara. The flour mill was set-up in 1896. The company utilises locally grown wheat and have produced some of New Zealand’s finest quality flour products for over 100 years.
