Matapu school students visited Aotea Utanganui on 5 November to learn more about the history of Matapu school and what it was like to be a child 100 years ago. This Museum visit was part of the lead up to their 125 jubilee celebrations in 2014. The children enjoyed drawing on the old school blackboard; these images represent some of their thoughts from the lesson.
